Package:
Package price valid subject to minimum of 120 guests.
Delivery charges dependent on distance to venue.
Package price dependent on venue having industrial kitchen with access to equipment assured. Should equipment be required that are not in the venue’s kitchen, additional charges will be incurred.
Kindly note that should the number of guests exceed the agreed upon amount, MSK Catering Services reserve the right to charge extra based on the additional number of guests or limit our services to the per-agreed number of guests.
£350 non-refundable deposit, which is deductible from total amount, is required to secure the date. 30% of total cost to be paid within 2 weeks of securing date. Final payment to be made at least 4 weeks before event date.
Refundable crockery deposit will be refunded 1 week after event.
Crockery is supplied crated. Should Client require crockery, glassware and cutlery to be arranged on tables, additional cost might be incurred.
Events after 23:30hrs will incur an additional unsociable hour’s fee of £100 to ensure that our staff can get home safely in cabs/ubers as required.

Our responsibilities include:
Clearing of refuse in bin bags and putting them in provided bins or refuse area. Please note we do NOT dispose of bins. If venue requires this, client will need to pay for this or organise a refuse company to collect after event.
Kindly note that MSK does NOT stack chairs and tables after event.
Returning kitchen back to venue in the state it was met at start of event
Allergy Notice:
All our foods are prepared fresh using carefully sourced ingredients from reliable and trusted vendors; in strict accordance with UK Food regulatory standards.
Our Spinach dishes are prepared with freshly sourced meat, fishes (including stock fish), ponmo, crabs etc.; which may contain small bones unless otherwise requested. Our food is prepared in an environment where nuts and other allergens are present; please note that our menu descriptions do not include all ingredients.

Cancellations:
Please note that changes to orders will not be entertained 3 weeks prior to the event.
Cancellation made on or 2 weeks prior to event will attract a charge of 50% of the total catering cost.
Cancellations made a week or less prior to event will incur cancellation charges of 75% of total cost.
Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.
